A Las Vegas residence infused with coastal elegance and natural sophistication. From the white shaker kitchen with fluted island details and rattan barstools to the aqua blue laundry room with zellige tile, butler's pantry with dual wine fridges and frosted glass cabinets, and custom staircase with arched black balusters, each space balances relaxed materiality with refined detail, creating an environment that feels collected and inviting.
